She is survived by her children, Rick (Pauline) Basinger of Port Clinton, and Dawn (Tim) Harnad of Oregon, OH; grandchildren, Eric (Lacey), Scott (Natalie), Brian, and Alicia Basinger, Gregg Harnad, Heather (Ben) Cable and Holly (Caleb) Mason; great grandchildren, Cloey, Julia, Emma, Abby, and Jaiden Basinger, Alexia Harnad, Alaina Doust, Luke and Brooke Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Larry Basinger; and siblings, Luella, Bobby, A.J., Phillip, Lester and Erma.

Bernice “Bernie” M. (Swartz) Pollauf, 89, of Port Clinton, died Wednesday, January 12, at Edgewood Manor in Port Clinton. She was born in Walbridge, OH on March 9, 1927, to Arthur and Nellie (Biniker) Swartz and was married on July 31, 1959 in Toledo to Robert A. Pollauf who preceded her in death on April 14, 1997.
