June 7, 1938 - October 28, 2018 Frank William Reinheimer, 80, of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away, Sunday, Oct. 28, at the Heritage Village of Clyde, Ohio. Frank was born on June 7, 1938 in Sandusky, Ohio, the son of John L. and L. Margaret (Storck) Reinheimer. On May 21, 1966 in Elyria, he married Lynette M. Means and she survives. Frank was a graduate of Port Clinton High School , Bowling Green State University and the Claude W. Pettit College of Law.
