Anne Kovalik, 92, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton. She was born on December 1, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Sangrik) Groholy. She married Francis “Frank” Kovalik on June 19, 1954 and he preceded her in death on January 21, 2013. Anne was a member of Holy Assumption Orthodox Church in Marblehead, Ohio. She enjoyed baking and traveling, especially to Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Russia and Hawaii. Survivors include her daughter, Kristina Kovalik of Sandusky, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
