Robert L. Leutz, 98, lifelong resident of Oak Harbor, passed away Wednesday, April 25. He was born Nov. 15, 1919 to Leon H. and Merle Rose (Fritsche) Leutz. Bob was a U.S. Army Veteran who served during World War II and the Korean War, earning a Silver Star, two Bronze Stars, and three Purple Hearts. He is survived by his son, John R. Leutz of Grandview Heights, Ohio; grandchildren, Mariah (Paul) Michas, Missy (Terry) Banaszak, Andrea (Nick) Roberts, Rob Leutz, and Julianna (David) Ells.
