LeRoy Higley, 91, of Port Clinton passed away, Tuesday, January 2 at Elmwood Assisted Living, Fremont. A memorial service for LeRoy will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 28 at Gerner- Wolf- Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton, with visitation one hour prior.
