Marlene J. Smith, 85, of Oak Harbor passed away Friday, March 2 at her residence in the Long Beach Community. She was born on May 29, 1932 in Fremont to Harold and Marie (O’Connor) Kelsey. She is survived by her son, Dan (Rona Lockwood) Druckenmiller and daughters, Rebecca (William Durbin) Goehring, Constance Witt-Tamburro and Lori (Matt Plotts) Eischen.
