Ora David Skaggs, 90, of Helena, Ohio, died Saturday, Jan. 6, in Bay Park Hospital, Oregon, Ohio. Ora was born in Vanceburg, KY on May 7, 1927, the son of Sharon and Nola (Dummitt) Skaggs. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednes- day, Jan. 10 in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 501 West St., Genoa. The funeral ser- vice will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 11.
