Tom S. Dean, 69, of Oak Harbor, passed away Saturday, Dec. 30 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born Jan. 23, 1948 in Glens Falls, N.Y., the son of Edith (Colby) and Thomas S. Dean. He is survived by wife Joan E. Goldstein and children Christine (Michael) Wiedle, Candice Ross, Julie (Neil) Aldridge, Laurie (Johnny Rhonehouse) Gallup and Adam (Jill) Pfeiffer.
