Patsy Ridley-Smith, 79, of Norwalk and formerly of Port Clinton, passed away, Tuesday, Dec. 05 at the Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born on May 19, 1938 in Fremont, the daughter of Hugh D. and Althea A. (Kreager) Ridley. Patsy was a homemaker and was a nurse’s aide at Magruder Hospital and Edgewood Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by her children, Debbie Smith, Amy (Mark Criley) Smith and son Mark (Janette Chaffins) Smith. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory assisted with arrangements.
