Lucille M. (Klug) Smith, 96, of Port Clinton passed away, Monday, Sept, 25 atH.B. Magruder Hospital. She was born on Sept. 25, 1921, in Oak Harbor, thedaughter of John and Nina (Leow) Klug. She graduated from Oak Harbor HighSchool and attended cosmetology classes in Toledo. Later she became a secretaryat Erie Army Depot. Lucille married Richard C.
