Myra “Mickey” R. Bass, 71, of Port Clinton, passed away, Friday, July 7, at Cleveland University Hospital, Cleveland. She was born on May 17, 1946, in Toledo, to Douglas and Martha (Bass) Cutcher.A celebration of life service for Mickey will be held from 1-5 p.m., Sunday, July 16, at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 219 Madison Street, Port Clinton.
