William James Rickard, 70, of Port Clinton, passed away, Thursday, June 16, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Jim was born on October 10, 1945 in Latrobe, PA, the son of Robert J. and Barbara V. (Dixon) Rickard.Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Monday, June 20, in Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton.
