Marguerite Francis Cutcher, 81, of Oak Harbor, and formerly of Toledo, passed away, Tuesday, June 13, at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor. Marguerite was born on January 12, 1936 in Logan, WV, the daughter of George Robert and Gertrude (Wiley) Meade.Per Marguerite’s wishes there will be no services.
