Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 14, at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, where family prayers will be held at 9:30 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be conducted by Father John Missler at 10 a.m., on Thursday, June 15, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. Interment will be in Castalia Cemetery, Castalia. Donald L. Heinzerling, 80, of Port Clinton, passed away, Sunday, June 11, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, following a brief illness. Don was born on April 19, 1937 in Castalia, the son of Raymond and Esther (Krueger) Heinzerling. On October 5, 1985, in Port Clinton, he married Gene E. Wolf-Mattox and she survives. Don worked as a tool & die maker for General Motor’s in Sandusky, retiring in 1999 after almost 25 years. Don was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton.
