Terry D. Below, 69, of Port Clinton, passed away, Monday, March 6, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. Terry was born on January 18, 1948 in Port Clinton, the son of Frederick L. and Thelma M. (Neitfield) Below.Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 17, in Salem Union Township Cemetery, Oak Harbor.
